NIH American Recovery & Reinvestment Act Funding
The U.S. Congress and President Obama made an historic $10.4 billion reinvestment in the National Institutes of Health through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Communities across the country are already seeing the benefits.

Research highlights:
- Work led by Richard Spoth of Iowa State University will facilitate infrastructure development for the PROSPER State Partnership Model, which will provide evidence based intervention to teens with substance abuse problems.
