Using the AdsWe encourage you to use these print ads as part of your organization's prevention and public health research advocacy efforts. All of the ads are press-ready in various sizes, for use in magazines, newspapers or newsletters. They are available in color and in black-and-white and include areas for you to insert your logo and contact information. Please avoid converting the color ads to black and white or spot color, as they will not print as clearly. Please do not make any other modifications to the ads other than adding your logo and/or organization name and contact information. Altering the text, format or image will dilute the message and national voice of this campaign. Using the Online Ad KitTo use the ads, simply select the ad that most closely fits the space and color restrictions of the publication in which you want to run your ad. Download the file and add your graphic elements (logo, phone number, etc.). The easiest way to do this is with a program called Acrobat Pro. If you are unable to do this yourself, the publication you are working with can often offer help. Your local copy shop should also have this software and can edit the ads for you. After adding your graphic element, send a disc or e-mail the ad to the publication, and ask them to ‘float' the ad in the space you have purchased. |
Using the Larger Ads

Please use this as a guide with ad space 7"x10" or larger. The copy will be too small to be legible on anything smaller. If you need a smaller ad, use one of the ads designed for a smaller space.
Using the Smaller Ads

Please use this as a guide with ad space smaller than 7"x10".
Using the Horizontal Ads

Please use this as a guide with ads that fit in a horizontal space. Horizontal versions are also available as dioramas for use in malls or transit locations such as subway or bus stations.
