House Budget Committee Ranking Member Chris Van Hollen (D-MD-08) introduced the Democrats’€™ 10-year budget plan this week, which stands apart from the Republican proposal introduced by Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WI-01) most notably by ending sequestration.
