Urge Your Representative to Participate in House LHHS Member Day!
Congress is in the process of determining Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) funding levels. André Carson (D-IN-7), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA-1), and Suzan DelBene (D-WA-1) are circulating an important “Dear Colleague” letter (request from one Member of Congress to another). The request in this “Dear Colleague” is for House appropriators to provide at least $51.3 billion in funding for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in FY27. Contact your Representatives today and ask them to add their name to the letter. We need as many members as possible to show their support for the life-saving research NIH funds.
Note: The Quill link referenced in the editable email is only accessible to Congressional offices. Members of Congress require your contact information to verify that you are a constituent and respond to you directly.
