On Thursday, February 12, from 12-12:30 p.m. ET we had for an off-the-record, alliance member-only discussion with Matt Bowman, Senior Professional Staff Member of the U.S. House Committee on Small Business.
Authorization for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs lapsed on September 30, 2025, and we asked Matt to offer an inside look at the House’s efforts to develop and advance legislation to reauthorize these critical programs.
