Will the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act (PAHPA) be reauthorized this year? Will the subcommittee move forward with the reauthorization of NIH?  How can advocates help the subcommittee as it works to address the opioid crisis, the mental health crisis, maternal mortality, antimicrobial resistance and other pressing health threats?
